DESCRIPTION

Casa Verde is a charming and capacious vacation apartment for 6 people (optional 7th bed with armchair bed), located in the beautiful garden of Villa Margherita.
It has a sleeping area with two bedrooms, a room with bunk bed and two bathrooms with shower (and hair dryer), a separate kitchen area, equipped with all the necessary kitchenware to prepare food and set the table, a coffee maker, a refrigerator with freezer, table and chairs.
Casa Verde also has a large covered outdoor area of exclusive use, equipped with table,chairs, beach chairs, barbecue, an outdoor shower and a laundry sink.

The whole apartment is located on the ground floor.

The residence has a large swimming pool, that you can enjoy until the day of your departure not later than 17:00.

We are pleased to provide you with a complete set of linens and bath towels, all strictly white.
You’ll find them folded and sorted at the foot of the bed (mattress and pillows will be covered only the bedcover). You can then decide not to take any household linen with you.
