Villa Margherita Favignana Residence is a residential country property with independent and autonomous apartments used as holiday houses for rent.
The contract is concluded for a minimum of 3 nights (except for the month of August for which the minimum number of overnight stays is 5) and a maximum of three months.

CHECK IN: from 16:00 to 19:00 on the day of arrival.
CHECK OUT: by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

By sending the deposit / down payment or final payment it is understood that you accept all the conditions set out in the Regulations (also affixed inside the apartments).



The apartments are equipped with:

  • air conditioning;
  • TV;
  • kitchenette with gas stove;
  • fridge with freezer;
  • complete set of dishes (excluding kitchen towels);
  • hair dryer;
  • table, chairs (or benches) and deck chairs for the fully or partly covered adjacent outdoor space;
  • outdoor shower;
  • barbecue (only in some apartments);
  • drying rack;
  • aCleaning accessories: broom, dustpan and mop.


The price includes:

  • Initial cleaning of the accommodation;
  • Coloured cotton bed linen and bath towels;
  • Electricity, water and gas consumptions. In respect of environmental protection it is recommended to avoid wasting water, to close the windows when the air conditioning is operating and to turn it off before leaving the accommodation. In no circumstances is the Management liable for any disruption due to the interruption of gas, electricity, water and internet supplies;
  • cleaning of the apartment (except for the kitchenette and dishes) and weekly change of bed linen and bath towels for stays that are equal to or longer than 7 days;
  •  use of the swimming pool and common areas;
  • WIFI connection in the relaxation area adjacent to the swimming pool;
  • in order to book the transfer service from the port to the residence and from the residence to the port, it is necessary to call the following phone number: +39 333 137 7886, within and not later than 01.00 pm on the day of arrival. The service does not include any additional charge, but it is not guaranteed to all guests on arrival to Villa Margherita. More than a journey might be necessary to transport groups of more than three people with luggage.;
  • use of the internal parking for a number of bicycles equal to the number of the guests occupying the accommodation;
  • 24 h assistance


The price does not include:

  • kitchenette and dishes cleaning when leaving the accommodation, for which the payment of € 15.00 is mandatory;
  • a one-time cleaning requested by the guest, for which an anticipated cost of € 30.00 is required;
  • the replacement of bed linen and bath towels, for which there is an anticipated cost of € 10.00 per person;
  • the addition of a bed (sofa bed), for which there is an anticipated cost of € 10.00 per day. Please note that not all apartments can accommodate an additional bed, therefore it will be necessary to check the availability with the property, which in any case, will not exceed one unit per apartment.

The swimming pool will be open from 1st May 2017 and it will be accessible during the week to all the guests of the property from 09.00 am to 01.30 pm and from 04.30 pm to 07.30 pm. Children are allowed to enter the swimming pool only if accompanied by their parents.


The rental fee is indicated on our website ( in Euro (all prices on the website include IVA) and it is intended “per day” and “for the whole unit “.
There will be no charge for children from 0 to 3 years who do not occupy any bed.
The booking – that has to be confirmed within 48 hours from reception of the economic offer of stay will be considered accepted by sending a deposit of 30% of the total amount.

The deposit can be made by bank transfer in favour of “Ing. Campo Antonino & C. Snc “, (IBAN: IT73F0200881860000300209282), by specifying in the reason for payment field the deposited amount (for example 30% of the total amount), or by Visa or Mastercard credit cards, using the virtual POS the system is provided with.

Once the deposit is paid, the guest must send a copy of the bank transfer receipt together with the transaction code or payment by credit card through an email to The reservation will be considered valid only from that time and Villa Margherita will forward you an email confirmation with the attached Reservation voucher.

In the Reservation Voucher – to be shown at check in – there are:

  • the name and contacts of the contact person, solely responsible for the veracity of the statements made and the data sent during the booking process;
  • dates of arrival and departure;
  • the number of overnight stays;
  • the number of occupants (adults and children);
  • the name of the apartment booked;
  • the total amount of the reservation;
  • the amount of the deposit /down payment;
  • the final payment due, to be paid at check-in;
  • Villa Margherita’s address and the coordinates to reach it;
  • any notes.

The booking is personal and only entitles the number of people indicated in the reservation to stay. Any possible transfer of the booking is subject to a prior written consent by Villa Margherita.



Check in procedures and delivery of the lodges will take place from 04:00 pm to 07:00pm. The customer must inform about the arrival time and notify any delay to the address indicated on the booking voucher. Any requests for early check-in must be previously granted by Villa Margherita, accordingly to our needs. Under no circumstance, the early arrival at the property will be reason for complaints and / or claims for refund.
Check-in takes place upon exhibition of the booking voucher.
On their arrival customers are required to show valid documents for those who will stay in the accommodation to allow registrations.
Customers data will be treated in accordance with current privacy legislation.
Contracts are personal and not transferable to third parties without prior permission of the owner.
The staff in charge and the contact person will check the house and its equipment, as resulting from the inventory. Before leaving the residence the guests must pay any extra purchase made during the stay and at the same time the apartment will be checked to verify that no damages were made.
No additional deposit is required when booking is made, apart from a 30% deposit of the total amount, however a credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
The credit card as a guarantee is also required in case of any damage caused to the property and / or failure to all the obligations set on the regulations, allowing the structure to directly charge any corresponding amount. Pre-authorizations may be carried out to check the validity and the available credit of the credit card given.


During the stay the customer agrees:

  • to respect check in and check out time;
  • to guard his / her goods and valuables, as the property is not responsible for any theft or damage of goods of any kind;
  • to guard the keys of the apartment. In case of their loss a fee of € 50,00 will be charged;
  • not to receive visits from people who are not staying at the Residence;
  • not to allow overnight to guests other than those registered at the time of Check In;
  • to report immediately any faults or breaks, in order to allow the property to arrange for repairing, according to the availability of material and personnel. The customer will be charged any cost if responsible;
  • to report immediately any inefficiency or failure in order to allow the property to work towards their resolution, renouncing to any kind of complaint and / or claim for damages or compensation if failing to report them;
  • to monitor the use of the equipment of the property by underage, thus freeing the property from any liability for any injury or damage;
  • to comply with the directives of the Municipal Police concerning the respect of quiet hours between 02.00 pm and 04.00 pm and between 10.00 pm and 8.00am;
  • to respect the rules of good civil living;
  • not to play ì ball inside the residence;
  • to allocate the rubbish in the municipal containers;
  • not to bring animals, except for small dogs, as long as educated and gentle, and, nevertheless, regularly vaccinated and insured;
  • to allow the staff to enter the house in the event of faults which, by nature, make it necessary and require immediate repair (such as eg. water leaks, delamination, dangers of collapse , etc.);
  • to leave the lodge in the same condition in which it had been delivered.


On the day of departure, the accommodation must be left tidy by 10.00 am.
The delivery of the lodge will take place prior verifying the integrity of it and of its equipment.
If damages are found, the client has to pay their costs. If the apartment will not be released after 11.30 am on the day of departure, an additional amount equivalent to an extra day stay will be charged, without enjoying an additional day of stay. Once the lodge is delivered, you will be given the possibility to leave your luggage in the property and to use the swimming pool until no later than 05.00pm. The guests who are about to depart might use at no cost, the bathrooms and the showers located within the reception area.


Any change or cancellation request of the bookings already made must be addressed via email to or via phone +39 3314601817 ( from Monday to Friday, from 09.30 am to 01.00 pm and from 02.00 pm to 05.00 pm).

Except for particular fares and/or offers, the cancellation is possible within 48 hours from arrival without any penalty. In case of late cancellation or no show you will be debt 30% of the entire amount of the stay.

In case of booking with anticipated payment for nonrefundable fares, the entire amount of the stay will be debt on the credit card you provided at the time of booking or through bank transfer received and it will be fully retained as penalty in case of cancellation or no show.

No refund or reduction is given for early departures or late arrivals, whatever the cause is.

Access to the property will be denied in the event of:

  • discrepancies between the information provided at the time of booking / confirmation and the ones of the guest;
  • Lack of ID documents;
  • Failure to complete full payment of the due balance;

The Property will expel the guest in the following cases:

  • replacement and / or increase in the number of people during the stay, not previously agreed;
  • in any other case in which the guest’s stay at the property was a source of serious harm (for. Eg. Use of drugs or alcohol; repeated noises, quarrels with the other guests; etc.)

In the case of expulsion, the guest will not be entitled to any refund of the amount paid which will be retained by the property by way of compensation.
